Lifetime Exchange Policy

• Gold/Platinum Jewelry: 100% of metal weight at current prevailing rates.
• Diamond Jewelry: 100% of the prevailing diamond value.
• Loose Diamonds: 90% of the prevailing rate.
• Gemstones: 90% of the prevailing value.
• Exclusions: Making charges, labour, and applicable taxes (GST).
• Exchange value will be determined by inspection of physical weight and quality check.
• Original invoice and IGI certificate must be presented.
• Jewellery once exchanged or purchased under exchange/buyback is not eligible for the 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
• If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference at current rates.
• Exchange purchases will be billed at the current prevailing rate on the date of purchase.
• In case of discounts on lab-grown diamonds at purchase, equivalent deductions may apply.
• Gold/silver coins or freebies must be returned or their value will be deducted.
• Exchange value will be provided only as a new product of equivalent value.
• No cash refunds under this policy.
• Only Aigiri products are eligible.

Lifetime Buyback Policy

• Gold/Platinum Jewelry: 97% of metal weight at current prevailing rates.
• Diamond Jewelry: 80% of prevailing value.
• Loose Diamonds: 80% of the prevailing market rate.
• Gemstones: 50% of the original invoice value.
• Exclusions: Making charges, labour, and taxes (GST).
• Documents Required:
  • Original product and invoice.
  • IGI certificate (10% deduction of invoice value if missing).
  • Valid government-issued ID proof.
  • Product certificate.
• Eligibility: Only Aigiri products are eligible.
• Payment Mode: NEFT or RTGS only.

15-Days Money-Back Guarantee

• Refund of 100% of invoice value (up to ₹1,00,000).
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• All returns /exchanges are subject to Quality Assurance approval.
• Decision of the Quality Assurance Department is final and binding.
• Not applicable on gold coins and customized items (eligible only for exchange).
• Gold/silver coins or freebies must be returned or their value deducted.
• Refunds processed within 10–15 working days via NEFT/RTGS.
  Credit card refunds in 40-45 working days.
• One-time exchange allowed within 15 days; subsequent exchanges fall under Lifetime Exchange Policy.
• Applicable across all Aigiri stores and official website.
• Documents Required:

  • Valid government-issued ID proof.
  • Product certificate.
